Excellent and easy Chicken Tortilla Soup for the Slow Cooker Ingredients:
560 g skinless chicken breast fillets, frozen |
864 g black beans |
113 g green chiles, chopped |
411 g stewed tomatoes, mexican recipe |
283 g diced tomatoes & green chilies |
425 g tomato sauce |
248 g picante sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours. No need to thaw chicken. 2. Can sprinkle with cheese and tortilla chips. |
