Chicken Tortilla Casserole |

Another of my series of the quest for a quick casserole that ALL the kids will eat. Don't plan on any leftovers from this one! Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
salt & pepper |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cream of chicken soup |
1 (6 ounce) can green chilies (chopped) |
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 (12 ounce) bag tostito corn chips |
4 whole chicken breasts, cut in small pieces |
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients for sauce. Grease 3-quart casserole dish and layer tortillas, chicken, and sauce. Put cheese on top and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered. |
