A creamy chicken and cheese texture. It can be spice just depends on ur rotel but it is oh so good! Ingredients:
1 lb boiled chicken |
10 1/2 oz. rotel tomatoes |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup of chedder cheese |
8 flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. Boil your chicken and let it cool. 2. Mix in a bowl cream of soups and rotel 3. Once ur chicken has cooled add it to the mixture 4. Microwave your flour or corn tortillas. (If you want to make it a little healthier you can use corn.) 5. Grate your cheese. 6. Spray your baking pan and add your tortillas. 7. Then add ur chicken and cream of soup mixture. 8. Then add cheese. 9. Then repeat that process one more time. 10. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and cook for 30 minutes and enjoy! ^_^ |
