A Simple dish to throw together after a busy day Ingredients:
300 g fresh tortellini |
1 cup reduced-fat evaporated milk, coconut flavor |
1 onion, diced |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon chili |
1/4 cup edam cheese, grated |
300 g cooked chicken, shredded |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta as per packet instructions. 2. Cook Onion in a non stick pan for 2min. 3. Add Milk, Garlic, Pepper, Chilli, Cheese and simmer for 5 minutes while pasta is still cooking. 4. Once pasta is cooked drain and add to sauce along with chicken. 5. Heat thru and serve. |
