Awesome and wholesome Ingredients:
1/8 cup olive oil |
1 chicken breast - deboned and sliced into strips |
4 garlic cloves |
5 cups tortellini |
1 red pepper |
4 oz mushrooms, canned |
1 cup spinach leaves |
1 tsp rosemary (i use fresh leaves) |
1 cup fat free half and half |
1 cup water |
1/2 cup fat free sour cream |
1 tsp chicken boullion |
2/3 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown chicken breast in olive oil and garlic. Remove from pan and set aside. 2. Pour half and half, water and boullion in pot. Bring to a simmer. Add tortellini, stirring every 2 minutes. After 3 stirs, add remaining ingredients and stir in. Adjust ingredients to taste. |
