Now I love this Salad.. this is real light, and very good to eat! Ingredients:
4 chicken brest cooked and cut up |
1 head of cabbage chopped up |
4 green onions |
2 packs of top ramen soup ( chicken w/ sesame oil or even vegetable |
1 cup of oil |
4 rsp of wine vinger |
salt, pepper optional |
Directions:
1. Cook Chicken and set aside ( or buy the already cooked) 2. cup up cabbage and green onions 3. mix together 4. break up soup mix nooodlesand add to the cabbage and green onions 5. mix oil, wine vinger and the season mix from the soup 6. pour over the cabbage and mix well 7. add chicken to cabbale and once again mix well 8. Cover and put in refrigerator for at least an hour 9. ( its is much better if over night) |
