Chicken Fettuccine with Cherry Tomatoes Ingredients:
9 ounces refrigerated fettuccine, cut in half |
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 large cooked chicken breasts |
1 pint cherry tomatoes |
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, halved |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package and drain. 2. Add cheese, cooked chicken and return to heat - toss to coat while heating. 3. remove from heat and add tomatoes and pitted olive halves, 4. salt and pepper to taste toss well and serve. |
