My favorite soup to make with left over chicken or a rotisserie chicken. It is quick and easy. It is very VERY good. I don't like cilantro so I don't use it. I am gonna post the actual recipe though. It is easy to change up. Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded |
4 cups chicken stock |
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, with juice |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
6 tablespoons cilantro, chopped |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients into Slow Cooker. 2. Cook on low for 2 hours. |
