Chicken Tomato Cilantro Soup |

This soup is very easy to make and wonderfully flavored. I make my own chicken stock and use the leftover chicken for the required meat. Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken meat |
4 cups chicken stock |
1 can (28 ounces) italian plum tomatoes, with juice |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
6 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped |
2 cloved minced garlic |
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in 8QT pot. Simmer on low for 1 hour. |
