12 oz chicken |
1 clove garlic |
1 1/2 tsp. oil |
28 oz broth, beef |
28 oz tomatoes, canned, stewed |
1 c salsa |
1 tbs cumin |
1 cup pinto beans (cooked) |
Directions:
1. cook, debone, and shred chicken 2. add minced garlic to oil in slow cooker. Saute. 3. Combine all ingredients. cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours. 4. May ladle soup over cube of Moneterey Jack Cheese; garnish with fat-free sour cream and tortilla chips |
