                    Pakistani barbecued chicken. Preparation time does not include time for marinating. If desired, serve with naan. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 lbs chicken pieces, bone-in with skin  |  
                                                1 cup yogurt  |  
                                                1 -2 garlic clove, minced  |  
                                                1 onion, minced  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon cinnamon  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon cardamom  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon cumin  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon pepper  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon nutmeg  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon clove  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon ginger  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon cayenne  |  
                                                1 cup yogurt  |  
                                                1/2 cup chopped fresh mint, loosely packed  |  
                                                1 garlic clove, minced  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine marinade ingredients and marinate chicken all day or overnight in refrigerator. 2. Also combine dip ingredients and chill all day or overnight. 3. Grill or broil chicken, 5-7 minutes per side, basting with marinade, until chicken is done and skin is crisp. 4.
