Chicken Tikka With Chickpea Flour |

Got this from a cookbook published by a local supermarket. Can't really explain how this is different from a regular chicken tikka, but it's certainly different and more flavourful. the recipe calls for boneless chicken but can also be made with drumsticks. Ingredients:
3/4 kg chicken, cubed |
1 tablespoon ginger, crushed |
1 tablespoon garlic, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon cumin, powdered |
1 teaspoon nutmeg, powdered |
1/4 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder |
4 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons chickpea flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix ginger and the next 8 ingredients in a medium bowl. 2. add chicken cubes. 3. marinate 3-4 hours. 4. grill chicken and serve with naan. |
