Ingredients:
3 1/4 cups cubed chicken breasts |
1 teaspoon ginger, pulp |
1 teaspoon garlic, pulp |
1/4 teaspoon turmeric |
1 teaspoon salt |
4 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon coriander, chopped fresh |
2/3 cup scd yogurt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and let marinate for 2 (or more) hours. 2. Stick on Kebab Skewers and baste with Vegetable Oil (or any other oil). 3. Grill on preheated grill for 15-20 minutes turning and basting occasionally. 4. Serve garnished with lime, fresh coriander, salad and onion. |
