Chicken Tikka Masala (curry) Ingredients:
500 g chicken breast, chopped |
100 g plain yogurt |
1 tbsp olive oil |
305 g onion, diced |
110 ml water |
460 g potato, diced |
Directions:
1. Marinade chicken, yoghurt and a pack of 'Asian Home Gourmet Tikka Masala Spice paste' for at least 10 minutes. 2. Boil potatos. 3. Put the oil in a pan and fry onion until soft, add the potatos. 4. Add chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes. 5. Add water, bring to boil and then simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked. 6. Serve with basmati rice or naan bread. |
