Its an Indian appetizer cooked in tandoori oven.It is medium spicy in bright red colour, Ingredients:
chicken -500gm boneless med size cubes |
curd or yoghurt - 150 ml |
ginger garlic paste- 1 tbspn |
chilli powder-10 gm |
garam masala - 1 2 tspn |
dried fenugreek leaves-few |
turmeric powder-1 tspn |
black salt - a pinch |
salt-to taste |
mustard oil - 1 tbspn |
red food colour optional |
Directions:
1. clean and dry the chicken 2. Mix all the ingredients to the curd and marinate the chicken for atleast 1 hour in the fridge. 3. After that arrange the chicken cubes one after other in barbecue stick. 4. pre heat the oven with lighted charcoal 5. Keep the chicken skewers above the charcoal and bast it with butter oven 6. cook around by turning the skewer for 10 mins 7. serve hot with mint chutney or sauce |
