Crockpot thighs with peppers and onions Ingredients:
14 ounces green bell peppers |
19 ounces onions |
29 ounces stewed tomatoes |
12 ounces skinless chicken thighs |
Directions:
1. Slice peppers and onions and put in crockpot. 2. Add chicken thighs. 3. Pour stewed tomatoes over chicken. 4. Cook on low for 10 hours. |
