This was handed down to me by my mother, as are many recipes. The recipes are ultra-easy to put together, and the taste is reminiscent of a teriyaki sauce. As kids, we used to gobble this up! Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs chicken thighs |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet dry onion soup mix |
1 cup ketchup |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix soup mix with ketchup. 2. Mix water with brown sugar to dissolve. 3. Mix 2 mixtures together. 4. Put thighs in greased casserole dish and then pour mixture over thighs. 5. Bake covered at 350 F for 2 hours. |
