Chicken Tetrazzini Ingredients:
7 oz vermicelli |
3 cups chicken, cooked |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
10 oz alfredo sauce |
4 oz mushrooms, sliced |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
1/4 cup dry sherry |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
1/2 cup almonds, slivered |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pasta according to package. 2. Stir together chicken, 1/2 cup cheese, soup. Adredo sauce, mushrooms, broth and sherry. Spoon into a greased 11 x 7 inch baking pan or 6 greased 8 oz ramekins. Sprinkle with almonds and remaining cheese. 3. Bake for 35 minutes, or until bubbly. |
