My Great grandmother used this recipe for any occasion. Ingredients:
7 ounces spaghetti |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup chicken broth |
1/4 cup heavy cream |
2 tablespoons water |
2 cups chicken (cubed) |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cook and drain spaghetti. 3. Melt butter, stir in flour, salt, pepper, also the broth and cream. Bring to a boil. 4. In a baking dish combine spaghetti, water, chicken, and the sauce. 5. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. |
