This is one of the easiest meals to prepare. For variation I occasionally throw in 1/2 cup pineapple chunks. I found it the Slow Cooker Recipes , Publications International, Ltd. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken, cut into tenders |
8 ounces pineapple juice |
1/3 cup soy sauce |
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 tablespoon ground ginger |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1 1/2 tablespoons molasses |
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. 3. Serve over hot rice. |
