a great salad it can be served as a appetizer or as a salad to complement a main dish Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts flattened and cut into cubes |
4 cloves garlic crushed |
1/4 cup teriake sauce |
3 cups mixed greens |
1 tomato halved and sliced |
4 mushrooms sliced |
1/2 a red pepper thinly sliced |
hand full of snowpeas |
1 spring onion |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 cup vingar |
1/8 cup soysause |
1/4 cup oil |
3/4 teaspoon crushed garlic |
Directions:
1. marinate chicken in the crushed garlic and teriake sauce for 4-6 hours in the fridge. 2. pan fry the chicken till cooked, about 3-4 minutes 3. mix the greens and vegies. 4. in a bowl mix sugar, vingar, soysauce, oil and garlic(can be made in advance) 5. serve on plates with hot chicken and dressing, or in a salad bowl. |
