A tasty and quick recipe that is healthy! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
12 ounces chicken tenders |
black pepper, to taste |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth |
Directions:
1. heat oil over med-high heat. Add chicken season with pepper. Cook 3 to 4 min on each side. Remove chicken and set aside. 2. Reduce heat to low-medium, add garlic and saute. Then add vinegar, honey and chicken broth. Scrape bottom of pan and heat 1 minute. 3. Return chicken to pan, mix ingredients and heat through. |
