I finally made this and it was delicious! It is flavorful without being too spicy (I don't like spicy food at all)! Ingredients:
8 ounces fettuccine, uncooked |
2 cups chicken, cubed, cooked |
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced |
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil |
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream |
3 -4 1/2 teaspoons taco seasoning |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken and garlic in oil for 4-5 minutes or until heated through. 2. Whisk in cream and taco seasoning until blended. Cook and stir until heated through (do not boil). Stir in Parmesan cheese. Drain fettuccine; toss with chicken mixture. |
