Ingredients:
1 whole(s) onion chopped |
1 can(s) black beans, 16 oz |
1 can(s) kidney beans, 16 oz |
1 can(s) tomato sauce, 8 oz |
10 oz package(s) frozen corn kernals |
2 can(s) diced tomatoes with chilies, 14.5 oz |
1 package(s) taco seasoning |
1 tablespoon(s) cumin |
1 tablespoon(s) chili powder |
24 ounce(s) boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, cumin, chili powder and taco seasoning in a slow cooker. Place chicken on top and cover. Cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours. Half hour before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in. Also try it with low fat cheese and sour cream. |
