Ingredients:
1 2.25 oz. can sliced black olives |
4 4 oz. chicken breats |
1 tablespoon(s) butter |
1 teaspoon(s) chopped fresh rosemary |
coarsely ground black pepper |
3 garlic cloves, sliced |
6 green onions, chopped |
12 ounce(s) mozzarella cheese, sliced |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Coat a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. 2. Melt butter in skillet, add chicken and saute until browned, about 8 minutes. Turn and cook other side about 4 minutes. Remove from skillet. Saute mushrooms, olives, onions, garlic and rosemary in same skillet. 3. Place chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Pour vegetable misture over chicken. Place a cheese slice over each breast. Cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes, or until done. |
