This is a simple, tasty, filling recipe. It tastes great served over white rice! I prefer using a rice cooker but if you're short on time you could always use Minute Rice. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon horseradish |
1/2 cup tomato sauce |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
2 -3 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed |
Directions:
1. In a medium frying pan, melt butter over low heat. 2. Add all ingredients (butter, horseradish, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, paprika, lemon juice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, & cubed chicken). 3. Cover; cook until steaming. 4. Reduce heat & simmer for 10 minutes. 5. Serve over rice or noodles. |
