Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil |
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
1 can cream of celery soup, coup |
1/2 cup milk |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
4 cups hot cooked rice |
Directions:
1. In skillet over medium heat, heat oil. 2. Cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned. 3. Set aside. 4. Pour off fat. 5. Add soup,milk,and pepper. 6. Heat to a boil. 7. Return chicken to pan. 8. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is done. 9. Serve with rice. |
