I had a recipe calling for chicken style seasonig so went looking and found this great recipe. From the vegetarian cookbook EAT FOR STRENGTH by Agatha Thrash. Ingredients:
1 cup nutritional yeast |
2 1/2 teaspoons sweet pepper flakes, powdered (i couldn't find so used sweet paprika) |
3 teaspoons onion powder |
3 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 1/2 teaspoons ground sage |
2 1/2 teaspoons ground thyme |
2 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 1/4 teaspoons marjoram |
1 1/4 teaspoons ground rosemary |
Directions:
1. Mix well, store in glass jar with tight fitting lid. This is good for broth and soup, seasoning various dishes. It's very versatile. Enjoy! |
