The best recipe of the kind that I have ever found, and it uses light ingredients! Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can healthy request cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
1 cup 1% low-fat milk |
1 (6 ounce) package stove top stuffing mix |
2 cups cooked cubed chicken breasts |
1 (12 ounce) package steamfresh broccoli florets, cooked according to package directions |
1 (8 ounce) jar mushrooms, drained |
1 1/2 cups shredded reduced-fat mexican cheese blend |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine soup and milk until blended. Add the stuffing mix with contents of seasoning packet, chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, and 1 c cheese. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. 2. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. |
