Chicken Stove Top Stuffing Casserole

Made this one year as a Thanksgiving turkey left over dish. Just used the turkey flavor stuffing. Always is a big hit with the family and soooo easy to make. Plus it fills everyone up!
Ingredients:
3 boxes stove top stuffing mix, chicken flavor
1 package chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 (15 ounce) can diced potatoes, drained
1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
1 (15 ounce) can lima beans, drained
2 (15 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
8 ounces sour cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Poach chicken until cooked thru, take out of water and cool.
3. In a 13 X 9 in casserole, mix the soup and sour cream.
4. Drain veggies and mix into soup mixture.
5. Cube chicken and add to veggies.
6. Cook stuffing according to the box.
7. Put the stuffing on top of the mixture.
8. Put in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until it is hot thru out.
