MMM yum Ingredients:
1/2 chicken breast |
2 slices red onion |
1 clove garlic |
1/3 red pepper |
1 small zucchini |
1/4 cup broccoli |
1/2 large carrot |
3 tbsp cashews |
1 tbsp olive oil |
2 tbsp ketchup |
1 tbsp soy sauce |
2 tsp oyster sauce |
Directions:
1. Chop ingredients into small pieces. 2. Cook ingredients in a fry pan adding sauces last. Cook till vegetables are just tender and chicken is just cooked through. |
