chicken stir fry with california-style veggies Ingredients:
10 oz chicken thigh |
500 g frozen mixed vegetables |
2 tbsp olive oil |
1 tsp garlic powder |
Directions:
1. In a wok, Fry chicken in olive oil and garlic powder. 2. Steam veggies (i use microwave steamer) 3. Once veggies are done add tehm to the chicken in the wok. Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes for flavor. 4. Serve over Ramen Noodles. |
