Chicken, peppers, onions, carrots, and broccoli in a tasty asian style stir-fry. Be sure to add Stir-Fry Seasoning mix if desired. Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless chicken |
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce |
2 tsp sugar |
1/3 cup water |
2 tbsp olive oil |
1 large red pepper |
1 large onion |
1 carrot |
1/4 lb. broccoli |
Directions:
1. Add additional stir-fry seasoning packet with soy sauce, sugar, and water; set aside. 2. In large skillet or wok, heat olive oil; add chicken pieces and stir-fry. 3. Add vegetables; stir-fry. 4. Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 minute or until thickened. 5. Makes about 3 servings. |
