Chicken, peppers, onions, carrots, and broccoli in a tasty asian style stir-fry. Be sure to add Stir-Fry Seasoning mix if desired.
Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless chicken
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large red pepper
1 large onion
1 carrot
1/4 lb. broccoli
Directions:
1. Add additional stir-fry seasoning packet with soy sauce, sugar, and water; set aside.
2. In large skillet or wok, heat olive oil; add chicken pieces and stir-fry.
3. Add vegetables; stir-fry.
4. Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 minute or until thickened.
5. Makes about 3 servings.
