this dish is very easy to make. Ingredients:
3 to 4 chicken breasts (boneless &skinless) |
3 cups of plain tomato juice |
3 cups of chicken broth |
1 small onion |
3 medium sized potatoes |
1 can of cream corn |
1 can of kernal corn |
1 can of peas |
1/4 cup of ketchup |
hot sauce to taste |
salt and pepper to taste |
garlic powder to taste |
Directions:
1. boil chicken breasts until cooked all the way through 2. tear chicken into strips and put in a large pot 3. add broth, tomato juice, and onions in the same pot 4. while that is boiling chop potatoes into cubes and add to pot. 5. boil until it starts to get thick, if it doesnt then add a little tomato paste 6. add cream corn, kernal corn,peas, ketchup, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 7. boil for about 10 to 15 mins or until potatoes are soft 8. enjoy. 9. (best if eaten with ritz crackers) |
