this is a recipe i put together myself, actually suprised myself when i tasted it! Ingredients:
2 chicken legs |
400 g chopped tomatoes |
1 bay leaf |
125 ml red wine |
1 red pepper |
1 onion |
seasoning |
1 tablespoon tomato puree |
Directions:
1. chop up onion and pepper. 2. take the skin off of the chicken legs. 3. put everything in a slow cooker and cook on medium for about 6 hours. 4. chicken should be falling off the bone. |
