this is a recipe i put together myself, actually suprised myself when i tasted it!
Ingredients:
2 chicken legs
400 g chopped tomatoes
1 bay leaf
125 ml red wine
1 red pepper
1 onion
seasoning
1 tablespoon tomato puree
Directions:
1. chop up onion and pepper.
2. take the skin off of the chicken legs.
3. put everything in a slow cooker and cook on medium for about 6 hours.
4. chicken should be falling off the bone.
