Chicken Spring Rolls

Ingredients:
2 skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup diced carrot
1/4 cup iceberg lettuce
1/8 cup red bell pepper
4 -6 egg roll wraps
2 cups vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Slice chicken into thin strips.
2. Mix with soy sauce, garlic salt, and black pepper in small bowl.
3. Heat small skillet and add olive oil.
4. Saute chicken until golden brown on medium high heat.
5. Reduce heat to low, and add vegetables.
6. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
7. Fill and fold the egg roll wraps.
8. Heat oil in small pot.
9. Fry spring rolls until light brown and crispy.
