Chicken & Spinach Citrus Salad |

Take a little from here, and a little from there, and hopefully you have a good salad combination! The recipe calls for refrigerated fruit sections, but if you'd rather section your own grapefruit, more power to you! I'm a total klutz when I try to! Ingredients:
12 ounces cooked chicken, cubed |
4 cups baby spinach |
2 cups romaine lettuce, torn |
8 slices red onions, separated into rings |
4 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled |
0.5 (24 ounce) jar grapefruit sections, drained |
1/4 cup sunflower seeds |
1/3 cup grapefruit juice |
2/3 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons honey (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. Combine first seven ingredients in large salad bowl and toss. 2. Combine juice, sour cream and honey. Serve dressing on side. |
