Really Good Chicken is 4 chicken breasts - I guessed on how many ozs. Tomato is 1 can rotel. Cheese is Velveeta. Ingredients:
64 oz chicken breasts |
16 oz spaghetti |
1/2 stick butter |
2 stalks celery |
1/2 onion |
1 bell pepper |
350 g tomatoes |
1 lb cheese |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
Directions:
1. Fill spaghetti pot with water, bring to boil. Add chicken and cook til done. Remove chicken from water and set aside. Use same water to cook spaghetti. Drain 2. Chop celery, onion and bell pepper. Saute in melted butter. 3. Add Rotel, soup, & cheese. Allow cheese to melt and then add chopped chicken last. 4. Put your spaghetti in a 9 x 13 baking dish & pour sauce over. You can mix it up a little if you want. Cover & bake at 350 til bubbly. |
