I have been making this for years and the family really loves it. Its very easy to make and tastes just as good if not better the next day. Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed (boiled or fried in butter) |
16 ounces cooked spaghetti |
1 cup chicken broth |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup diced onion (optional) |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Once the chicken is either boiled or fried (your choice) and the spaghetti is done stir the two together with the remaining ingrediants in a 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees covered with foil for about an hour and enjoy. 2. Note: If you would like to save about a third cup of cheese for the top that would be great too. |
