A quick, filling meal that even the pickiest eater will love. Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken, cooked and shredded |
8 ounces vermicelli, cooked |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
8 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed |
1 can mushroom |
2 cans rotel tomatoes |
grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and mix all ingredients except for cheddar cheese together in large mixing bowl. 2. Pour into baking dish. 3. Bake 20-25 minutes. 4. Top with grated cheddar cheese. 5. Bake additional 5 minutes, until cheddar cheese melts. |
