Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cubed |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained |
1 (8 ounce) can no-salt-added tomato sauce |
1/2 tablespoon oregano |
1/2 tablespoon basil |
olive oil |
8 ounces angel hair pasta |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, brown chicken, onion, and garlic in olive oil. 2. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and spices; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer to thicken. 3. Serve over hot cooked angel hair pasta. 4. Note: I like less sauce and more chicken. 5. You could use only l chicken breast half and this recipe would be saucier. |
