Chicken Soup in The Slow Cooker |

My recipe. Ingredients:
250 g (approx. 500g carcasses) chicken |
1 onion |
1 carrot |
40 g (1 stalk) celery |
3/5 g (1) bay leaf |
1 tsp thyme |
18 g (1tbsp) chicken stock |
1 tsp curry powder |
6 cups water |
Directions:
1. Place chicken carcasses, chopped onion, sliced carrot and sliced celery in slow cooker with bay leaf, thyme, stock powder, curry powder and water. 2. Cook on low for 8-12hrs. 3. Remove bones, allow to cool, refrigerate and scoop off fat. 4. Reheat and add salt and pepper to taste. |
