Got this receipe from a friend of mine. its a fast and easy way to cook chicken, it can't get much easer than this!! You can serve it with what ever you have on hand, rice, noddles or mash potatoes, and a nice tossed green salad on the side. Enjoy!!!!!!! Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, cut in pieces |
1 (12 ounce) beer |
70 g lipton onion soup mix |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
3 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped |
2 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced |
Directions:
1. Pour oil into a pot along with chicken. 2. Let brown a little, then add in rest of ingredients. 3. Let simmer till its cooked, and serve. |
