This is a very fast and delicious meal. You can freeze flattened chicken breasts for quick meal idea. My husband made this for me and I insisted on putting it on here for all of you to try.....I LOVE IT. Also, try using 1/2 bread crumbs and 1/2 panko instead of one or the other. It adds great texture. Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, thinly flattened |
2 eggs |
1 tablespoon water |
1/2-1 cup seasoned bread crumbs or 1/2-1 cup panko breadcrumbs |
1/4-1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Flatten chicken breasts very thin between celophane and set aside. 2. Beat eggs and water. 3. Dip chicken breasts into egg mixture 4. Dip chicken in bread crumb mix. 5. Melt butter in skillet. 6. Fry chicken 5 minutes on each side or until brown and crispy. |
