Ingredients:
2 pound(s) chicken sausage (mild italian)
1 pound(s) potatoes (small) cubed
2 green peppers rough dice
1 jar(s) spaghetti sauce ( 16b oz) newman's marinara
Directions:
1. Slice sausage in half lengthwise and then into smaller pieces.
2. In a large baking pan, put sausage in oven at 350 for 30 minutes. Add potatoes and sauce. Cook for about 20 more minutes until potatoes are soft. Cooking time will depend on size of cubed potatoes.
