A delicious low-fat family favorite! Ingredients:
32 ounces chicken broth |
1 cup water |
15 1/4 ounces frozen corn |
1 (10 ounce) jar salsa (i prefer on the border) |
3 chicken breasts |
1 teaspoon chili powder (more or less to taste) |
Directions:
1. Cube chicken. 2. Combine water, chicken broth, salsa, corn and chicken. Add chili powder. 3. Simmer for 15-20 minutes (until chicken is cooked). 4. Garnish with cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips if desired. |
