1 lb chicken, roasted, cut in 1/2 inch cubes |
4 stalks celery, chopped |
3/4 cup grapes, sliced in half |
1/3 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate till ready to serve. |
