Chicken Salad With No Mayo |

This is a great alternative to mayo based chicken salad! Alter ingredients to your taste (I like extra pepper). Ingredients:
3 boneless chicken breasts |
3 tablespoons dried dill weed |
3 -4 dashes black pepper |
1/2 cup diced celery |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
Directions:
1. Boil chicken breasts and pull chicken in a bowl once cooked. Add yogurt, celery, dill weed and pepper to taste. Let sit overnight in frig for best flavor. Makes about four sandwiches, or just eat plain! |
