4 cups diced cooked chicken |
1 cup chopped celery |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
2 cups white seedless grapes |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup toasted pecans (chopped) |
3/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix first 8 ingredients well and refrigerate. 2. Add the dressing when ready to serve. |
