Good summer meal. From Weight Watchers Ingredients:
1/2 c plain fat-free yogurt |
2 tbsp mayonnaise, olive oil based |
1 tbsp honey |
1 tsp vinegar, apple-cider |
1/2 tsp dijon mustard |
1/8 tsp nutmeg |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/8 tsp pepper |
2 c chicken breast, cooked |
1 1/2 c grapes, halved & seedless - red |
1/4 c walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt, mayo, honey, vinegar, mustard, nutmeg, salt and pepper in large bowl. 2. Add chicken, grapes, and walnuts. Toss to coat evenly. |
